Wendy has also served on many boards and committees, most recently serving on the Grant Review Committee for the Pittsburgh Foundation’s Advancing Black Artists fund, and acting as Treasurer and Chair for the Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse.
A graduate of Chatham College, her career highlights include: strategic planning consultant with Peat Marwick’s health care consulting division, foundation relations manager at GuideStar, manager of the CarMax corporate foundation, COO of a bereavement camp and executive director of a statewide health advocacy organization. She is currently the part-time CEO of a film arts organization, and a nonprofit executive coach, advisor, trainer and consultant who recently launched SideKick! — an online community for nonprofit leaders.

Approach
My approach to working with clients is rooted in the belief that people and organizations are unique, they have unique problems and need unique solutions. Every client or project I take on is treated as an individual. I spend a great deal of time listening and learning. Then we work together to find the right answers for you—no cookie cutter solutions here.
